TOTAL ACIDITY: 5.30 g/l SUGAR: 2.20 g/l NOTAS DE CATA – TASTING NOTES COLOR Rojo muy brillante. COLOUR A bright red wine. AROMA Con aromas especiados, frutales (casis, moras) y notas florales integradas con su crianza en madera. BOUQUET A wine with spiced and fruit aromas (cassis, blackberries) and floral notes integrated as a result of ageing in oak. SABOR En boca muestra una gran estructura y cuerpo, taninos maduros y carácter sobrio. Un tinto muy bien armado, con dejos de pimienta en el paladar, complejo y con largo final de boca. TASTE It is well-structured and full-bodied on the palate, with ripe tannins and sober personality. A very well-structured red wine, with hints of pepper on the palate, complex and with a long finish. MARIDAJE Carnes rojas asadas, carnes de caza mayor, como ciervo y jabalí, quesos duros y platos con setas. WINE PAIRING Roasted red meats, big game meats such as deer and wild boar, with hard cheeses, and dishes with mushrooms.
